REFUND POLICY

Our products are online learning materials in digital form. You pay once and receive a download link to the documents straight away.

NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCESSED
Because the materials are digital and made available to you immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations once you have accessed or downloaded them. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once the download begins.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If the materials are faulty, not as described, or you cannot access them, please contact us and we will put it right in line with your legal rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

PAYMENT ERRORS
If you were charged incorrectly or more than once, or we cancel your order for any reason, we will refund the amount in full to your original payment method.
