1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to your use of secondariesprep.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Secondaries Prep ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. You can contact us at Secondariesprep@gmail.com.

2. WHAT WE SELL
We sell online learning materials in digital form (the "Materials"). You pay once, and we provide a download link containing the Materials as documents. There is no subscription and no recurring payment. The Materials are for general educational purposes only. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, including any interview outcome or job offer.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We may change prices or offers at any time, but this will not affect an order you have already placed. Discounts, including any student discount, may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. DELIVERY
Once your payment is confirmed, we will provide your download link without undue delay. You are responsible for giving us a correct email address and for having suitable equipment to open the documents. Please keep your download link private.

5. NO REFUNDS
Because the Materials are digital and made available to you immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations once you have accessed or downloaded them. By completing your purchase, you agree that we may provide the Materials immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose any right to cancel once the download begins. This does not affect your legal rights. If the Materials are faulty, not as described, or you cannot access them, please contact us and we will put it right in line with your legal rights.

6. YOUR USE OF THE MATERIALS
The Materials belong to us. When you buy them, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own private study. You must not copy, share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the Materials or your download link to anyone else.

7. USING THE WEBSITE
You must be 18 or over to place an order. You must give accurate information and use the Website lawfully. You must not misuse the Website, copy or scrape it, or interfere with its security. Automated tools and AI agents may only access the Website if they clearly identify themselves as automated, do not bypass any security measures, and stop if we ask them to.

8. THIRD PARTIES
The Website is powered by Shopify and may use other third-party tools or link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies. All sales are made directly with us.

9. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are only responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the price you paid for it, unless the law does not allow that limit.

10. ENDING ACCESS
We may suspend or end your access to the Website if you breach these Terms, for example by sharing the Materials. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint, email Secondariesprep@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it.

12. GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Website. Changes apply to future use and future orders only.
